This year during Lent, why not commit to regularly setting time aside for reflection and connection? Over 6 weeks, we will explore the different limbs of Yoga and how they connect in to your relationship with God.
Every Saturday afternoon during Lent 3pm-4pm (March 8 - April 12). Held at Strathfieldsaye Community Church (parking and entry at rear). All welcome.
$110 for 6 week series or $20 per class.
You will need to bring:
Yoga mat (alternatives include a beach towel)
Drink bottle
Clothing that you can move comfortably in
We recommend bringing:
2 yoga blocks (alternatives include tall, sturdy drink bottles; large books; robust shoeboxes)
Blanket or towel for padding and/or covering while resting
